The Pandosy Urban Centre includes the Pandosy Village area, the Mission Park Mall area, Boyce Gyro Beach Park, Okanagan College and other nearby destinations along Okanagan Lake. It is currently Kelowna’s most populous Urban Centre and the only Urban Centre with public school access for all grade levels. Pandosy has the lowest commercial land use, but new construction is introducing new shops and services to the neighbourhood. Additionally,with the number of building permits issued for residential units over the past four years, Pandosy is set to surpass growth projections  identified in the 2040 Official Community Plan in the near future.

Although below the target, Pandosy has the highest tree canopy coverage of all the Urban Centres and recently, the neighbourhood has seen the opening of a new waterfront park
