The Capri-Landmark Urban Centre includes the Capri Mall, the Landmark District and a number of neighbourhoods in between. The area is  Kelowna’s second-largest employment destination, playing a major role in our city’s economy. It continues to see a lot of new commercial space built, such as new office towers at Landmark, and more recently has become the new home of the Kelowna Farmers Market

While it hasn’t seen as much housing or population growth as other Urban Centres yet, the neighbourhood is poised for significant growth. The detailed  Capri-Landmark Urban Centre Plan , adopted by Council in 2019, provides direction for that growth as well as the new investments in roads, parks and public spaces that will be needed to support the growth.

As  Capri Landmark continues to grow, we want to know where we should be prioritizing our efforts to improve the neighbourhood.
