Rutland Neighbourhood Bikeway

Kelowna’s first neighbourhood bikeway will be in Rutland and we are looking for input to help inform a high-level concept design along on the proposed route.
An important component of the building a stronger Kelowna initiative is the enhancement of Rutland Recreation Park, a family-oriented park that offers a wide range of activities for all ages.
The park has four soccer fields, two ball diamonds, and a BMX facility. Additionally, the park houses the Rutland Arena, which has two NHL-sized ice rinks, the Kelowna Family Y, the Okanagan Gymnastics Centre, and the Rutland Activity Centre. Other facilities include community gardens, pickleball courts, trails and washrooms. The park also currently includes an off leash dog area.
As we seek to enhance this park with an updated design including a new artificial turf field - we want to hear from you!
