Accessible parking survey

The City of Kelowna is conducting a survey to understand challenges and barriers that accessible parking users face when parking in City of Kelowna owned and operated parking lots and zones.

Your feedback will be used to update the accessible parking program to improve access and availability of accessible parking spots on City of Kelowna property.

When completing the survey, please focus your responses on your experiences with the City of Kelowna.

The survey will take 15-20 minutes to complete and all responses will be kept confidential. There are optional demographic questions, as well as a place to include your email address if you would like a chance to win a $50 gift card through The Local Gift Card.

The survey will be open until 4 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on October 20, 2020. Thank you for your time and participation!
